PAYMENTS & CHARGES
What are your online modes of payment?
We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking payments through a secure payment gateway.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) service available?
Yes, COD is available for most locations across India. However, please note that a small shipping charge is applicable on all COD orders.
What should I do if the money gets debited but order confirmation is not received?
Please wait for a few minutes, as payments may take time to reflect. If you don’t receive confirmation within an hour, email us with your transaction details.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges — all applicable taxes and shipping fees are clearly shown at checkout.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Is my product covered under return policy?
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. An unboxing video is required as proof.
How to return the products?
To initiate a return, please email us at return.zanera@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery along with your order ID and product images/videos.

Our support team will review your request and confirm if your order qualifies for a return or exchange.

Refunds are usually provided as store credit or coupon code for your next purchase unless otherwise specified.

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
How can I get a refund in my bank account?
If eligible, your refund will be credited directly to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Why do I have to pay shipping when using a coupon code?
Coupon discounts apply only to product prices. Shipping and COD charges are separate and not covered by coupon discounts.
