SHIPPING & DELIVERY – INDIA

At ZANERA, we deliver across all major pin codes in India with trusted logistics partners to ensure your jewellery reaches you safely and on time.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, you’ll receive an email or WhatsApp message with your tracking link and AWB number.

DELIVERY TIME

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days

• Non-metro areas: 5–7 working days

Delivery times may vary slightly during festive seasons or due to logistics delays.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

A valid 10-digit mobile number is mandatory for delivery, as OTP-based confirmation is required.

If OTP verification fails or delivery is missed, the order may return to our warehouse.

Re-shipping charges of ₹250 will apply in such cases.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,000

• ₹150 shipping fee for orders below ₹1,000

• COD orders: ₹200 cash-handling fee (COD not available for orders below ₹1,000)

MISSED DELIVERY

Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.

If the parcel returns to us, we can re-ship it on request with an additional charge of ₹250.

Returned COD orders will only be re-shipped after online prepayment of the amount and shipping fee.
