RETURN, CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
At ZANERA, your satisfaction means everything to us.
If you change your mind, receive a defective product, or wish to return your purchase, we offer a simple return process through a store credit coupon for your next order.
STEP 1: RAISE A RETURN REQUEST
Email us at return.zanera@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with:
• Your name and order number
• Photos or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
📹 An unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims.
Without it, no return or replacement can be processed.
Our team will respond within 24–48 hours.
STEP 2: SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK
Once your return is approved:
• Ship the product back within 3 days of approval, Except National Holidays.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
• Use a trusted courier service and share tracking details after dispatch.
STEP 3: QUALITY CHECK & REFUND COUPON
After we receive your return:
• A quality check will be completed within 24–48 hours.
• If approved, you’ll receive a store credit coupon equal to the product value within 3 business days via email or WhatsApp.
• The coupon will be valid for 45 days from the date of issue.
⚠️ If the returned product is found damaged, used, or not in its original condition upon receipt, no refund or store credit will be issued.
The product can be shipped back to you at an additional cost of ₹150.
Please note that all products bought under our Clearance Sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
IMPORTANT NOTES
• Returns are accepted only for unused products reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Used, damaged, or unpackaged items are not eligible for return.
• Unboxing video is mandatory for all return or damage claims.
• If your order had free shipping, ₹150 will be deducted from the refund coupon value.
• Returns not shipped within 5 days of approval will be cancelled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
• Prepaid cancellations before dispatch are refunded as store credit or to the original payment mode (after a 5% gateway charge deduction).
• COD orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed by phone.
Partial Payment Clause:
If an order is confirmed using a partial payment of ₹200, this amount is strictly non-refundable.
In case of cancellation for any reason whatsoever (including customer request, change of mind, or delay), the ₹200 partial payment will not be refunded.
This non-refundable partial payment policy applies to all orders without exception.
COD orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed by phone.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If you receive a defective or wrong product:
• Email us within 24 hours with a clear unboxing video showing the issue.
• After verification, we’ll replace the item (if available) or issue a full-value store credit coupon.
• For verified defect cases, reverse pickup will be arranged free of cost.
REFUND COUPON DETAILS
• Refunds are issued only as store credit coupons (no bank refund).
• Coupon is valid for 45 days and can be used once.
• Refund coupons cannot be reissued if a replacement order is refused or cancelled.
